Kinesiology
Kinesiology is the scientific study of human body movement. It involves analyzing physical activity, movement mechanics, and the role of muscles, bones, and joints in motion. Kinesiology integrates principles from anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and psychology to understand how movement affects health, performance, injury and disease prevention and to develop interventions to improve physical function and well-being.
