Meet Christina
Christina holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology from McMaster University. In 2013, she graduated as Valedictorian from the Canadian College of Osteopathy in Toronto with a Diploma of Osteopathic Manual Practice.
Her post-graduate research thesis entitled, “The effect of global osteopathic treatment on accommodative insufficiency in children aged 7-15 years”, won the William Garner Sutherland award for the advancement of clinical osteopathy.

Christina is a member of the Ontario Association of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners (OAO), and is regulated by the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario (COKO). She remains actively involved in research as a thesis advisor and jury member at the Canadian College of Osteopathy.
Christina continues to advance her skills with continuing education courses and maintains certifications in Stott Pilates, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, and Nordic Pole Walking. She strives to maintain an up-to-date, evidence based practice, particularly in the fields of neuroscience, trauma, and chronic pain.
Christina's treatment philosophy uses an integrated approach by incorporating both osteopathy and therapeutic exercise to help clients reach their individual goals.
